Family and Friends Grand Marriott Reunion

Aunt Sally, her oldest daughter Kim, June with husband David, kids: Sarah Jone, Jonathan, and Michael, Youngest daughter Jennifer with kids: Jimmy and Ally, our family of course with Aunt Char, Uncle Chris, and cousin Pierce.
Each summer we get to meet at this spot for a family reunion on Dads side.
Sisters: June, Jennifer, and Kim
Annual castle cake made by Ally. This night there was a chocolate and Vanilla. Also celebrating Junes 50th Birthday!
The 2 youngest at heart Roberts

We may have another Larson on our hands as we are noticing he does not want to be left out of anything. Tom and I also realized that we are back to 2 on 1. Logan is the only child left that has to be on our radar at all times. The older 3 roam the grounds with each other and we dont have to worry.

Sometimes the boys even let me play.
Larson dancing the night away.

Everyone really enjoyed this night with each other. We only get to see some of these relatives once a year but it is always good to reconnect with them. We miss Carol. She loved this night with her family. Hilton Head will always be a special place for our family.

Day 5 HHI

Here we are just enjoying summer vacation! Grampy rented a beach house for us all. It was so great because it was just a short walk to the beach and had a pool too!

Logan so far seems to be a dare devil. Too soon to call but he would just go as far as he wanted in the ocean until someone would stop him.
A bunch of beach boys

Wednesday night the adults were invited to the Sean Pines Country Club for dinner. Grampy had some of his good friends join us and Kim flew in from New Hampshire.

Shark Fishing

Uncle chris decided to take the family out shark fishing. From the moment he mentioned it they all couldnt wait.
I think that Jackson was envisioning Jaws but at least he was able to really bring this one on board.
Jordan caught 5 fish at one time

Looks like a little game of hand slap going on.

Not quite sure why Tom was sporting the women's Versace glasses?

What a great experience for the kids. They all seemed to really enjoy it.
Thanks so much Uncle Chris!!!

Day 3

Another fun filled day in paradise!

Aunt Carla brought this lovely sun visor over to the house. Logan has become attached to it.

Some night swimming at the Marriott
We had dinner with the Jacksons. We met Walker for the first time. This is the kids 2nd cousin.
Larson, Walker, and Jimmy
Not sure how well the night time baseball worked on the beach. The moon was quite bright. I do know that they had fun .

Day 2

Larson woke up and made a special breakfast for everyone. He had the table set at each place. The main course was oranges, bananas, and cherry tomatoes with yogurt. He had toast with peanut butter. Syrup just in case and water for all.
I love the beach!
It makes all of my babies sleep.
Then hes energized and ready for more.

No other place that I would rather be with my family just having fun and relaxing on a beach.
Larson trying out a new sport.
Dinner with the Jackson side of the family.
Aunt Mary with cousin Patty.
Dick, Phillip, Tom, young Fred,
Chris, Grampy, and Fred
Christy, Buddy, Patty, Aunt Carla, and Mary
Nothing sweeter than siblings loving on each other.

and cousins too!

Logan has a new best friend, his cousin Pierce. We love the way he says his name. We ask him to say it all the time.
The funny thing for me is that 22 years ago here on Hilton Head, I was the one always holding Pierce. Now he is holding my baby. So Sweet!
