Date With Dad

I may be the only Mom in the world that doesnt get to experience the Twilight series with my daughter. Yes, this is Tom and Jordan's thing together. Tom may be the only Twilight series Dad in the world.

I love that they do this so I just sit back and wait until it is my turn to see the movies.

Off to see Eclipse for the first time!

Compassion

2 days after being back home, Logan got a very bad "hurty". His teeth went through his lower lip and he had a bloody nose. Lets just say this was no fault of his own and did not include any of his siblings. (when I reread this, I felt inclined to make note that this was not any doing of Toms or mine either, just for the record)

I hated seeing this happen but amazing to see the immediate compassion that comes from his sister and brothers. Larson cries like crazy when he sees or thinks Logan is hurt, Jackson just wants to hold him and Jordan always takes care of what needs to be done while Mama takes care of the situation.

After a trip to the Dr's. office and a good cleanup Logan just wanted to sleep and be held for the next 2 days. He just kept saying "hurty".

When something goes down, these kids have each others back.

Destin, Florida

Last day of vacation before heading back to Texas.

There was more rain than sun but we made the most of it.

My sisters time share where we stayed.

Logan did well with swimming this summer. Just like the others. However, after a winter break we always have to start over in the spring.

They did not go so well. Weather just was not good enough.

Tom said, oh well we will have to come back and try it again.

Thats one way to look at it.

Hollywood Studios

One of the most fun days our family has ever had!

It had been a long time since we visited this park. Jordan and Jackson were very small. We have been doing the Magic Kingdom every time that we come.

This park has fun for all ages.

Everything was perfect this day (ok Larson was bummed that he did not get into the Jedi training) other than that it was just total fun!

The weather was beautiful, the park was not busy and we just loved all the attractions.

The kids just kept saying how this was the best day ever!

Logan waited in line to see Chip and Dale. The big kids ran up at the last minute. (Jackson was forced by a Disney worker)

Could life get any better for Jordan, being at Disney and New York city at the same?

Could life get any better for Larson? Are you serious? There really is a Pizza Planet!!! Larson could not believe it and that he was actually eating there.

The car stunt show was amazing. It captivated everyone including Logan. One of the coolest things we saw.

Toy Story Mania!

Has to be the worlds most fun ride!

This was the one ride that had long lines all day but we were able to ride 2 times using fast passes each time. The ride is in 3-D and you are playing carnival games all the way through.

This was the most fun parade we have ever seen. They were interactive with the kids the entire time and it was just a huge party in the street!

Larson's energy level was on high. Logan LOVED it!

The fun just kept coming all day.

Star Tours- this is an old one but still great! We couldnt get Larson on this one and I know he would have loved it.

It was just one of those days where everyone was smiling!

So thankful for the memories we will have!

Orlando

We spent a short afternoon at Downtown Disney with Kate, Julia, Aunt Kathe and Sean and Seans girlfriend Ashly

Jacksons seriously wishes this was the wall in his bedroom.

We all came back to the Kane house to spend some time together and we ordered Chinese food. Kathe and Sean live in Titusville, about 45 minutes on the coast.

William has this very cool playhouse. They were pretty funny together in this.
