 This has been a connection for Jordan and I that we will always have.

and she has been smiling since day 1!

Chamber Sings the Anthem

 Jordan was in Varsity Choir last year due to scheduling but as a sophomore she proved her spot there.

Not only is she in Varsity but she also got picked for the elite VHS choir called Chamber Choir.

Already this has proven to be a huge commitment.

 Chamber sings National Anthem for each home varsity football game.

 These kids are serious about their music and so early in the school year, they are already working so well together and sounding great.

Logan is either very prepared or inventing a new sport called socbasfoot ball.  Thats soccer, basketball, and football mixed together.

Last Summer Trip to Six Flags

When Uncle Chris comes along theres a little more sugar involved.

My kids beg and beg to play all the games.  I like to keep it only special occasions but Uncle Chris was with us.  So Larson wants to do the throw the rings at the bottles.  You know the game that you never see anyone win.  They had two big buckets of rings so it would take them a few minutes and we would be on our way.  I didnt even take notice to the over sized prices hanging above.  They were having so 

much fun.

Yes, this picture is blurry but this is Larson landing a ring right on a bottle neck.  He was jumping up and down and so happy.  LARSON, of course would be the one that wins this unwinnable game.

Oh my Gosh!  He picks a large, no giant banana, and it has reggae hair!  This is coming to live at our house.

We make fun of those people that walk around with the large prizes.

I know it was all worth having this banana come home with us to see how crazy excited Larson was when he won.
So with this weekend, our summer will officially come to an end.  This will definitely go down in the books as the best summer ever!

Peter Pan Putt Putt

How many times in 8 years had we driven past the Peter Pan Putt Putt?

We finally made it here.

We met the Dimons for a fun afternoon of Putt Putt and swimming.

The wait was worth it.

It was the weirdest putt putt course I have ever been on.  Just going with the Austin theme.

You can actually bring your own coolers in and yes alcohol is encouraged so I dont think we will be hanging out here much on the weekends.

Logan always wanted to stop the car to go see the dinosaur.  You can kind of tell how large this thing is.

It was super hot this day.

We left and went down the street to Sno Beach and then to Barton Springs to cool off.

Another cool thing, is having the Dimons back in Austin!

Happy Birthday Tom & Chris

 A small birthday family get together to celebrate 2 of my most favorite guys.

Tom and I celebrated alone another night with dinner and shopping for him.

Cheap Sunglasses

I forgot my sunglasses while in Europe so I was just buying a cheap pair wherever I could.  It ended up that I bought 3 different pairs while there.  Needless to say, quality was not very good.

Midnight Madness 2012

 Coach Helm and the only part of the team that would fit into my view with my large lense on the camera.

 New coach, new approach to midnight madness.

He wanted nothing to do with running midnight to 7am so this was a 6 to midnight affair.

I think it is better for the kids this way .
