We had a good break in Hilton Head with our family. Mom and Dad got to come as well as Jackie and kids, Kathe and Sean. We were just missing Ash and Brian and of course that Grandma Boyd who thinks spending the winter in Canada with tons of snow is fun. We missed you.

Hilton Head Island, not always known for warm weather during spring break. So what to do with 10 days and no beach or pool weather???Finding playgrounds and ice cream was high on the list.
Dressing warmly and going to chase Sea Gulls. Just way too cold to be out there and of course Jackson is the one to get his pants wet. I knew someone would do it!

St. Patricks Day Parade on Hilton Head
These were the warmest two days, so we ventured out to let them play. I was cold but the kids didnt seem to mind. They love the water and waves but the sand works for them also.

even with cloudy skies and cooler weather, it still looks like a fun spring break - everyone still has big smiles in all the pictures! glad it turned out to be a fun trip.

I think we'll have to "steal" the slide picture this summer when all 10 kids are together. Do you think we can fit all 10 of them on a slide?
