Haylie's Special Day

Haylie did have a very special day today. It was her baptism and every member of her family was able to be there. Jackie was able to plan this during our family reunion. The baptism was really neat with lots of family participation. Her cousins all sang for her and Jakie and Aunt Kathe were able to give talks. Papa was the one to do the actual baptism. Jordan sang a solo for Haylie. Everyone had a small part, whether it was saying a prayer or playing the piano.
We all gathered at Ashley and Brian's afterwards. Ashley always has such an inviting home and she made a wonderful spread of food.
Hard to believe that this beautiful girl is already 8. Watch out Jackie, before you know it, she will be in High School.
So glad that my family could share this day with Haylie.
