The Roberts Frequent Flyer Program

Unfortunately these points don't give us discounts on the hospital bills.
This is Logan's 3rd scar on his chin/mouth and the kid is only two.
It does make for a good dinner discussion: "Kids, lets go around the table and try to name all of the injuries you each have had".
This one was horrible. They were all having so much fun on Grampys huge tree swing right up until it clocked Logan across the face.
It was not a good sight and were quickly on the way to the hospital. We were in Ohio when this happened and of course my sister was there to help us out. Tom and I were able to go and take care of Logan while she took the other kids.
I was so thankful that Tom was there so I didn't have to do this one alone. Little Logan went through alot that night. There were so many emotions from being in disbelief, stomach hurting to take his pain away, to laughing so hard with the doctors as Logan came out of his drug induced hallucinogenic state.
2 hospitals and one plastic surgeon later, we were able to have Logan taken care of. We were very lucky that he only had the injuries that he did.
The pendulum force of 100 lbs on a 2x4 board hitting him in the head normally would have caused more problems but all of those test were normal.
We felt very blessed even at a time like this.
If there is ever a time that a girl labels Logan as a bad kisser, he can always blame it on his scar!

OUCH! Poor Logan. Looks like he'll be fine though, thankfully.
