Pat Pat and Papa Visits

North Carolina to Texas is a long long drive. So thankful that they still can do it.
Still crazy to think that when they come to TX they get the extra bonus of being with Colby too!
The girls hanging out. Colby use to always perform for Jordan. Now it is Jordan performing for Colby.
We always do a lunch at the Oasis. Just a fun place to hang out for the afternoon.
Pat Pat and Papa make it just in time for Quest. This year the project were almost all done so they didnt have to labor on them just got to enjoy the show.

7 years in Austin and had never made it to the Salt Lick. We thought that we would give it a try. Its out far in the country and apparently we were not the only ones that thought of going there. It was packed but from what I heard that is typical.
It was really worth the wait for the food and the experience. We will have to go back and the coolest part is that you bring your own cooler. I had ice cold Diet. Dr. Peppers and I didnt have to pay 2 bucks for them.

Pat Pat thinks that Jordan looks like me here??
So my Mom has a hard time breathing just on her own. I come home and I hear Logan screaming laughing. Mom has him on the floor rolling around. I told her I wouldnt take her to the hospital when she couldnt breathe anymore. Logan loves loves loves to wrestle on the floor.
Jackson came to play football this weekend. We needed Mom and Dad around more often. Once again kudos to Mom and Dad. It was very hot out and only the metal bleachers to sit on.
Erik and Jackson
Jackson caused havoc for the other team. He messed up their entire offense as he continually rushed the quarterback. We have never seen him play like this. He was literally flying through the air to block the passes.
Larson got to show his soccer skills off. The kids loved having Pat Pat and Papa around to see all their activities.
We actually had Mom and Dad stay for almost 10 days. It was so great having them at our house. We had so many activities to go to but I just loved having them around. The next week when I was driving Logan far to speech all by myself, I just missed my Mom riding with me. They were such troopers to keep up with our schedule. I dont know how they did it. Sometimes I dont know how I do it. Each kid had major events and were so thankful to be able to share with their grandparents.
Love them so much and was so thankful for the great 10 days that we got to spend together. Sorry we about killed you both but now you can relax back at home and get ready for our invasion in July.
